Thermic trolley for the distribution of meals in foodgrade AISI 304 stainless stee. Structure divided into 2 practical compartments: one neutral side for trays storage and an heated side in 10x1GN1/1 size for the maintaining of hot meals. The thermic break between the two parts is made of technical material that ensure the greater thermic efficency and a better insulation between the compartiments. The internal guides of both compartments are completely removable and washable and the smooth internal walls allow an easy and complete cleaning. The trolley is equipped with 4 solid ergonomic push handles in AISI 304 stainless steel tube, two doors with a 270°space-saving opening and insulating gasket. Temperature regulated by a digital thermostat with HACCP recording. 4Castors in high resistance steel, 2 with brake, 4 non-marking bumpers and a 5th amortized wheel as a standard.
