Self Service

Our range of self-service modules has been enriched with new lines and innovative solutions with proposals capable of satisfying the most varied aesthetic needs but above all capable of offering completely different uses, from the DROP-IN modules, designed to be able to adapt to any customized solution, to the OMNIA and ATHENA lines, perfect for furnishing self-service lines in company or school canteens, up to the KIDS and HAPPY lines designed for children. An innovative concept with excellent modularity is the BREAK line, perfect for furnishing elegant breakfast rooms or conference areas with style and practicality.

Our range of self-service units has been expanded with new lines and innovative solutions designed to meet a wide variety of aesthetic preferences and, more importantly, to serve completely different functional purposes. From the OMNIA and ATHENA lines, ideal for furnishing self-service areas in corporate or school cafeterias, to the KIDS and HAPPY lines, specially designed for children. The BREAK line, on the other hand, features an innovative concept and excellent modularity, making it perfect for stylish and practical furnishing of breakfast rooms or conference areas.

HELIOS: The new HELIOS product range includes a wide selection of hot plates and decorative yet functional heat lamps that will enhance the presentation of your dishes. All products are easily transportable and suitable for quickly setting up banquets, receptions, or breakfast and lunch buffets.

VULCANO: Hot plates in various sizes made of AISI 304 stainless steel, also available with a chrome riser and infrared lamps. Dry heating with mechanical thermostat (+30°/+90°C) and operation indicator light. Independently controlled lamps with illuminated switch. On request, white light infrared lamps are also available.

INFRA / HALO: Countertop and pass-through structures in AISI 304 stainless steel designed to keep food warm using halogen or infrared lamps. Both INFRA and HALO product lines come with hygienic Plexiglass sneeze guards. The INFRA range is available in two sizes, 2 and 3 GN 1/1. The new HALO range of hot passes and displays is available in 3 GN sizes, from 2 to 4 GN 1/1.

New and modern line of buffet and self-service modules specifically designed for our youngest customers, with a reduced height of 75 cm. The careful combination of different materials such as laminated wood, stainless steel, and tempered glass makes these elements not only professional equipment but true furnishing accessories, crafted down to the smallest detail to furnish dining areas in nursery and primary schools or children's buffet areas alongside standard-height self-service lines.

All DROP-IN modules are available in sizes from 3 to 5 GN 1/1. The base modules with static cooling (R) and bath water (BM) are also available in sizes 2 GN 1/1. Each module can be composed of the single tank/floor or completed by superstructures equipped with LED lighting. The hot modules can be equipped with halogen heating lamps (opt.HALO) or LED + halogen lamps (opt.HALOLED).
For maximum hygiene and safety, to complete the superstructure, you can choose between different types of parapet; Opt. G1: Paraphated with straight tempered glass, Opt. G2: Paraphated with inclined tempered glass, Opt. G3: total closure in tempered glass of the customer side, Opt. G6: completely closed showcase in tempered glass.
The BM modules are equipped as standard with a direct water loading system in the tank (automatic).
