Blown-air refrigerated buffet with evaporator, stainless steel structure available with standard wooden paneling or overcoating (SPP), stainless steel paneling (SST) or powder coated paneling (CST). Equipped by adjustable feet that can be masked by a skirting board. The well is equipped by vents that create an air blade that improves cooling efficiency and optimizes consumption. To achieve maximum refrigeration performance, the well should be completely closed by the G6 showcase. Bottom panels adjustable in height to allow the insertion of GN pans (not included) max 100mm high. The bottom panels are fully removable to simplify cleaning and maintenance; they can also have different degrees of inclination to better diplay food.
